Refund policy
This Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding returns, cancellations, refunds, and warranty claims. By purchasing from Vapingpuff, you agree to the following:
1. Returns & Cancellations
1.1 Change of Mind
Refunds will not be provided if you change your mind about a purchase or if you placed the wrong order.
Customers are advised to choose carefully before confirming their order.
1.2 Faulty Goods
If goods are faulty, Vapingpuff will meet its obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a suitable remedy.
1.3 Return Shipping Costs
Courier charges for returns are non-refundable unless:
(1) The goods received differ from what was ordered; or
(2) The goods were damaged during transit.
1.4 Inspection on Delivery
Customers must check goods carefully before signing the delivery docket.
Vapingpuff may refuse to exchange goods damaged in transit if the delivery was signed for as being received in good condition.
2. Refunds
2.1 Processing Time
All refunds are processed within 7 business days by Vapingpuff.
2.2 Bank Transfer
Refunds are released via bank transfer and may take up to 30 days to appear in the customer’s original account, depending on the bank’s processing time.
3. Warranty & Repairs
3.1 Covered Returns
If a product is covered under the limited product warranty, Vapingpuff will provide a waybill code to ensure no shipping fees are charged to the customer.
3.2 Non-Warranty Returns
If the return or replacement request falls outside of warranty coverage, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs.
(1) Packages with insufficient or unpaid postage will be rejected or returned.
(2) Vapingpuff accepts no responsibility for unpaid packages.
3.3 Device Malfunction
Customers experiencing device malfunctions must contact Vapingpuff Customer Support at info@vapingpuff.com, providing details of the issue and supporting photos or videos.
3.4 Return & Replacement Process
Upon receipt of the returned product, Vapingpuff will inspect and verify warranty coverage.
If eligible, the customer will receive either:
(1) A full refund; or
(2) A replacement product.
If an accessory is returned without valid cause, Vapingpuff reserves the right to deduct shipping fees from the refund amount.
