Shipping policy

1. Order Processing

1.1 Orders will be processed once full payment has been received.

1.2 Orders over $100 AUD (including all applicable promotional discounts) are eligible for free shipping.

1.3 A shipping fee of $15 AUD applies to orders under $100 AUD.

1.4 If any ordered products are out of stock, Vapingpuff will notify the customer via email or phone. A refund or store credit will be issued to the customer’s account accordingly.

2. Dispatch & Delivery

2.1 All orders are dispatched from our warehouse on the same day and shipped via express delivery.

2.2 Customers can expect to receive their items within 1–4 business days after placing the order.

2.3 For local deliveries within Victoria (Melbourne):

• Orders placed before 4:30 PM qualify for same-day delivery.

• Orders placed after 4:30 PM will be delivered the following day.

3. Delivery Requirements

3.1 All orders must include a valid physical address.

3.2 Orders must be received by the intended recipient specified at the time of purchase.

3.3 Courier drivers reserve the right to verify that the recipient is at least 21 years of age before completing delivery.
